My name is Deborah Boehnlein and this is my 10th year working in the Florence District. I have primarily served the district as a long-term substitute in all grades. I have taught 1st grade for two years and this is my 4th year as a second grade teacher. I graduated from Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Arts, highly qualified in Elementary Education. I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my desire as an educator to help students meet their fullest potential. My role as their teacher is to guide, providing access to information, the students' search for knowledge is met as they learn to find answers to their questions. One of my hopes as an educator is to instill a love of learning in my students, as I share my own passion for learning with them and create a desire to be life-long learners.

My name is Kathryn Conney-Miller (please just call me Ms. Conney) I am from Long Island, New York. I have lived in Arizona for 13 years and this is my fifth year teaching. I graduated from Ashford University with my Bachelors in Education/Early Childhood. I am will be completing my Masters at NAU. Prior to teaching owned a pre-school for 7 years with kindergarten readiness in San Tan Valley. A little about my personal life; I am a proud mom of three amazing teens. Twin girls Victoria and Vanessa are going into their Junior year of high school and Anthony is entering his sophomore year. Vanessa has played every sport and is a natural athlete. She now plays soccer for her high school varsity team since freshman year. She was awarded MIP freshman year and MVP sophomore. Victoria loves to sing but is too shy to pursue. She will be entering a phlebotomist program through Pima her last two years of high school, so she can go into Nursing. Anthony has the heart for football and he has made it to Nationals with AYF. He was then asked to play for DRH freshman ball and this year he has been moved up to Varsity in his Sophomore year. All three of them have their hearts set on college. They are my inspiration, as I am to them. When I am not teaching, I am off to some sport event. I enjoy outdoors, Disney (Mickey Mouse), New York Yankee Fan (Let’s Go Yankees!) and spending time with my rather large family.

My Name is Danielle Goldsmith. I am a Second Grade teacher at San Tan Heights K-8. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education with a Structured Immersion endorsement for K-12. I graduated from the University of Arizona Fall of 2016.
I am born and raised in Florence Arizona where a majority of family is located. I am very close to my family and enjoy getting together for dinners and family gatherings. I like to go hiking, when it isn’t really hot outside. I also love to sit down with a nice book and read when I have time.
